The main component of BS-614 is single pentaerythritol, the content is about 95%, the remaining components are the mixture of double pentaerythritol and tripentaerythritol, the fineness of 33µm (425 mesh) standard sieve 99.8% or more, is a special auxiliary heat stabilizer for PVC heat stabilizer. It has good synergistic stabilization effect with zinc stearate, hydrotalc, β-dione, calcium acetylacetone, zinc acetylacetone, Seck, etc. It has significant initial coloring and long-term thermal stability.
It can be used as a stabilizer for PVC profiles, pipes, gusset plates, floor substrates and sheets and other hard products, and can also be used as an auxiliary stabilizer in PVC cable materials and other products.
Used for alkyd resin coatings, compared with coatings made by other polyols, in coating hardness, gloss, durability and other aspects of performance is better, widely used in construction, industrial and civil products and road traffic, automotive and other fields. Also used in flame retardant coatings.
Use addition
It is advisable to add 0.1-0.3% to the polymer. The dosage in the compound stabilizer formulation is 3-8%.
