BS-616 is a special assistant heat stabilizer for PVC, and has a good synergistic stabilization effect with zinc stearate, hydrotalc, β-dione, calcium acetylacetone, zinc acetylacetone, and Seck. It has significant initial coloring, long-term thermal stability and weather resistance. It can also be used in coating industry, lubricating oil, polyether, polyester, polyurethane.
It can be used as a stabilizer for PVC profiles, pipes, gusset plates, floor substrates and sheets and other hard products. It has a good effect of inhibiting zinc burning and weathering resistance, and can also be used as an auxiliary stabilizer in PVC cable materials and other products.
Use addition
It is appropriate to add 0.05%-0.3% to the polymer. The dosage in the compound stabilizer formulation is 2-10%.
Packaging and storage
