BS-618 series efficient auxiliary heat stabilizer is a non-toxic new material synthesized by specific conditions, with high whiteness, small particle size and large surface area. Used in PVC processing and forming, it has high efficiency adsorption, acid absorption, good complexation with allyl chloride and hydrogen chloride, and good thermal stability and initial coloration. Used in composite lead salt stabilizer, it can replace some lead salt compounds such as three and two salts, reflecting excellent thermal stability, initial coloring and weather resistance. In the lead salt stabilizer with more than 25% lead content: BS-618 products can replace 0.05-0.15 tons of lead salt (such as third, second salt, lead oxide) in the same amount per ton of stabilizer, and the replacement effect of some lead stearate with zinc stearate is better; In the system of calcium and zinc stabilizer, this product also has good initial coloring and thermal stability.
