BLK-7986 is an α-crystal nucleating agent for aryl phosphate polypropylene. Compared with traditional α-crystal nucleating agents, BLK-7986 has excellent overall performance and can give polypropylene resins good rigidity, transparency, surface gloss and heat resistance degeneration at relatively low concentrations. BLK-7986 has no odor, good compatibility with matrix resin, easy dispersion, extraction resistance, and can be widely used in high rigidity PP special materials, transparent injection molding products, automotive PP accessories and disposable syringes and other modified products. In addition, BLK-7986 also has a good nucleation effect on PET, PBT, PA and other engineering plastics.

Method of application

The recommended dosage of BLK-7986 is 0.05-0.15% of the resin. In actual use, it is recommended to determine the best addition amount according to the application index requirements of the product. In addition, in combination with PP granules, white oil or other dispersant AIDS can be used appropriately to promote uniform non-dispersion.
